Trying the iPhone beta?

Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Your app version helps us find the issue. Please don’t include your recovery key.

Marked your pet missing by accident?

Open the active search and choose “Cancel search”. If your pet is back, choose the button saying your pet is home. The app also offers Undo immediately after ending a search.

Need your records?

In the app, open Settings → Privacy & data. From there you can export your records, manage backup or delete your data. Reminder display options are under Settings → Reminders.
